their tacos and fries are FIRE, but expect long waits and poor customer service most of the time unless you go between opening hours and 11am. But it is worth the wait.

I use to love this place especially since I grew up near by.... since the change in owners it has lost its touch a bit especially in the customer service (rude 85% of the time)
Food is just ok most times, sometimes it's a bit salty and some time a bit burnt tasting depends on when you go and the time I guess... if I'm going to go there I usually go before 1pm seems like the food is a bit more delightful!
The wait time is LONG!!! So be ready to wait even with a call in
Over all I would give them a better rating if the customer service would have been better but I just can't.... food is worth 3 stars but customer service is beyond low!! -

Reasonable prices and the tacos are pretty good. The service isn't the greatest. It takes about 10-15 fir u to get your food.

I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I always See a long line in front of this taco place. First off on the yelp page it mentions to show the yelp coupon to the cash register and you'll get one free taco. I go to the register and ask about the free taco. The employee rudely says "we don't do that". So I'm like why does yelp say you do. She just shrugs her shoulders and says "I dunno". Okay cool, strike one!
I'm given my Food by another employee around 10 minutes later the woman doesn't smile and say anything. She just hands me the bag and walks away from the bullet proof window. The customer service sucks here. If you scroll down you'll see other people complaining about the customer service as well.
The fries weren't seasoned just plain. I had to go to my parents house and try to doctor them up with seasoning salt. The tacos had absolutely no flavor. I tried drenching them in hot sauce and that made no difference. I wouldn't come back here. Bad customer service, and honestly you can get better tasting tacos from Rally's! -
